We're excited to be bringing De Fuca, our newest restaurant concept, to The Bishop Hotel in downtown Port Townsend!

As we prepare to open, we'll be building a team of passionate, hardworking individuals who love great food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences. We'll be hiring for a variety of front-of-house and back-of-house positions.

While we're not actively hiring for all positions just yet, we'd love to connect with anyone interested in being part of De Fuca from the beginning.
